My name is Bhadra Bahadur Bohara, and I bring over 16 years of experience in Nepal’s microfinance sector, where I’ve worked to strengthen communities and drive financial inclusion across the country. My professional journey began at Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank in 2008, where I served until 2014, before moving into leadership positions at Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. These roles helped me build a strong foundation in finance, management, and team leadership.

Recently, I’ve entered a new and exciting phase of my career. I currently serve in a managerial role at Innovative Eco Krishi Company Limited, a public limited agricultural company dedicated to financial engineering, sustainable agriculture, and innovation in Nepal’s growing agricultural sector. Here, I focus on strategies that enhance productivity while ensuring sustainability.

I hold a Master’s degree from Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, and over the years I’ve learned to value not just academic knowledge but also the power of practical experience—especially in leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Beyond agriculture and finance, I am deeply engaged in digital marketing and website development. I help businesses establish their presence online and connect with the right audiences. I also create bilingual English–Nepali learning content on YouTube, designed for learners aiming to improve their language skills, and explore opportunities in freelancing, business, and global communication.
